Here’s how cancellation works:

• Payments made are non-refundable since they go toward lab fees and the inclusive program.

• If you cancel before completing your next month's appointment(s), future payments will not be collected. For example, if you cancel during the second month of your care plan, no charges will be applied for the third month, provided no appointments for that month have been completed.

Important Note: The discovery call fee waiver will no longer apply upon cancellation, and the corresponding fee will be charged to your account.
